Prior to Odgers Berndtson Hayden was Senior Research Associate for Life Science & Healthcare Services at Futurestep Search NA, a Korn Ferry International company, providing research and business development in medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare service industries.
Hayden’s executive search experience includes 12 years as Research Manager for Korn Ferry International, supporting the firm’s top billing partners and practices in the US by providing support in candidate identification, business development and research projects. Recruited to Conley & CO by the CEO, Hayden was the lead researcher in healthcare and pharma/biotech practice before starting her own research services and consulting firm, Eolas Research LLC, providing research to global executive search firms, boutique executive search firms, and independent search professionals.
With an MA degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University and a BA in History from Colby, Hayden was in market research, technology and education.
